As an Associate within the Pension Management team, Claire’s primary role is to provide trustee and secretarial services along with providing consultancy services to a number of bespoke projects.
Claire has experience of managing the full client meeting process, including preparation and collation of meeting papers, attendance, producing minutes and co-ordinating completion of actions as well as regular and ad-hoc project activity such as the member nominated trustee selection process and overseeing the completion of regulatory documents such as the Risk Register and Pension Regulator’s Scheme Return. As an actuary, Claire can question advisers to ensure the advice is suitable for the trustees.
She also has experience working on a number of bespoke projects, including working in a number of high profile roles on secondment, conducting letter reviews, disclosure audits, implementing new processes and policies, conducting quality assurance checks and introducing new training guides, writing benefit specifications, and dealing with high profile members.
Claire has worked for a range of clients, including trustees, employers and administrators. The range of size of scheme Claire has worked on is also very large, from smaller schemes around £5 million in assets to one of the UK’s largest pension schemes.
She has worked on one of the UK’s largest pension schemes, providing technical expertise to the Administration team. While on secondment she worked in a number of high profile roles including, Head of Pensions, Technical Lead, and Head of Risk and Compliance.
