Pallavi is a partner within our Investment Consulting practice and is responsible for leading our advice to a wide range of clients.

She has a breadth of experience, gained over two decades, delivering strategic investment advice to a range of global institutional investors including as lead investment advisor to a number of FTSE 100 pension schemes.

Significant experience:

  • advising trustees and corporate sponsors of DB pension schemes on risk management and long-term investment strategy including endgame solutions;
  • helping clients develop core investment and sustainable investment beliefs, integrating them into their long-term investment strategy;   
  • advising on asset allocation, design and implementation of hedging strategies, efficient implementation and de-risking frameworks; and
  • structuring appropriate investment governance frameworks, including implementation advice on the selection of specialist investment managers and/or fiduciary managers.

Career

Pallavi started her investment consulting career in 2003, completing her CFA in 2006.

Her appointments have included the full spectrum of global institutional investors, including UK and international pension schemes, endowments, foundations, charities, investment trusts and insurance companies.

Previous roles include senior leadership in the investment consulting divisions of Willis Towers Watson and Hymans Robertson.

Prior to joining Barnett Waddingham, Pallavi was Director at Isio (ex KPMG UK) where she held various leadership roles and provided strategic investment advice to a wide range of clients.

Interests

Pallavi spends most of her time outside work with her young family, making time for swimming and running. As a keen scuba diver, Pallavi spent a year travelling to dive in incredible locations such as Roatan, Belize and the Poor Knights in New Zealand. She now travels to Devon and Cornwall, which she loves – but definitely not for the diving.
