Glen manages large scale / high profile one-off projects for schemes in a PPF assessment period.
He is often involved working with external clients and teams across a number of different sites and disciplines within BW. Glen also guides schemes through a PPF assessment period; data cleaning and verification projects / benefit rectification projects.

- 15 years managing schemes through PPF assessment.
- 12 years client management experience.
- experience in managing complex / high profile projects from a concept stage through to final delivery.
- most recently managed a project giving 11,500 members the opportunity to take a trivial payment. This included for the first time the ability for members to accept payments online via member self-service;
- development of member online services proposition for PPF, including member self-service and online data verification.
