Laura heads up our award-winning employee wellbeing consulting service, which helps to deliver holistic wellbeing solutions for employers and their employees.
In helping to lead our employee benefit offering, she is at the forefront of defining data-driven strategies that support workforce engagement and happiness, including the delivery of our 4me employee benefits platform.
She has more than fifteen years' experience in consulting, working with FTSE 100 companies to deliver tailored and meaningful outcomes that align with business objectives. She is also one of our client leads, dedicating herself to understanding client challenges in depth, and providing the right support and guidance to address them.
Laura's clear advice and proactive approach have established her as an expert in the field of employee wellbeing and a trusted consultant to a wide range of organisations.
Significant experience:
- Leads on our BWell survey solution, providing employers with in-depth and accessible wellbeing analytics and reporting.
- Provides expert advice on absence management, early intervention, occupational health, claims management, and adverse claims decisions.
Other experience:
- Helped to launch BW's Wellness+ Network – among our DE&I Networks – driving the agenda for change around mental health, neurodiversity and hidden disabilities for over two years.
- Sits on L&G's Wellbeing advisory board advising the market and government on wellbeing issues impacting the workforce.
- Member of the Diversity Project's Mental Health stream, helping to raise awareness around mental health for business.
- Provides commentary for industry publications such as Corporate Advisor, REBA and Employee Benefits Magazine, and is a recognised industry expert in the employee benefits field.
