At the REBA Future Forum, BW’s Head of Benefits Consulting, David Collington discussed our recent collaboration with REBA on a project to explore evolving workforce needs, key priorities, and common employee challenges.
As part of the research, we conducted a survey which has encapsulated the views of over 300 employers, representing 1.4 million employees overall.
The research clarified that:
