Barnett Waddingham is delighted to announce that we have become supporters of Paraplanners Assembly, a vibrant community of financial planning experts.
The Paraplanners Assembly describes itself as ‘a place for paraplanners to gather to learn, fix and share’, providing a forum for professionals to ask questions, exchange ideas and share best practice.
The non-profit community holds regular in-person and virtual events which enable paraplanners to meet and support each other. Previous topics covered during the meetings have included stochastic modelling, cash flow modelling, protection, and retirement planning. Events planned for March 2022 are set to cover trust deeds and inflation.
"The Paraplanners Assembly wants supporters who can add real value to their events."
Andy Leggett, Principal and Head of SIPP Business Development at Barnett Waddingham, said: “We hope this will be the start of a longstanding relationship with the Paraplanners Assembly and its thousands of members.
“The Paraplanners Assembly is community-led and wants supporters who can add real value to their members. As a leading provider of SIPP, SSAS and FURBS, with expertise across all aspects of pensions, we will be able to support paraplanners across a range of issues.
“We are keen to support professionalism and rising standards in financial services and paraplanners are very much at the vanguard of this. Joining their foremost community, where we can also listen to their challenges and how they respond, will without doubt provide us with a great opportunity to learn, too.”
