What are paperless pensions?

Environmental consciousness and sustainability are priority issues for many industries today – and the pensions world is no exception.

Having an abundance of paperwork doesn’t mean we should resign ourselves to using lots of paper. If anything, it requires us to take a stronger steer towards digital solutions.

Richard Mountford-Williams joins the Pension Management Institute (PMI) studio to help us understand the growing movement towards paperless pensions and a more environmentally-friendly approach to managing retirement benefits.
