BW SIPP strengthens leadership team with key appointments

BW SIPP has reinforced its leadership team with the appointments of Emily Crotty as Head of SIPP Risk and Rebecca Smith as Head of SIPP Finance.

Alongside the recent appointment of CEO Nick Cooper, these additions reflect BW SIPP's continued investment in people and platform transformation.

Emily and Rebecca join at a pivotal time for BW SIPP. Their combined senior leadership experience will support Nick, who recently became CEO following a planned transition from Simon Foster. Both will join the SIPP Senior Management team.

Building upon the development of BW SIPP’s cloud-based administration platform, SIPP360®, and the business’s continued expansion, these appointments underline our commitment to delivering high-quality, sustainable services in line with our focus on client care and Consumer Duty.

Emily will play a central role in leading the first-line of defence risk mitigation and shaping the risk framework for our SIPP services. She joins from the Embark Group where she led the Compliance Advisory team and brings extensive experience supporting businesses through strategic change. 

Rebecca is the finance business lead for BW SIPP. With significant experience in strategic financial leadership and strong commercial acumen, she will support the business in delivering growth.
