An updated Trust Deed and Rules for our Self-Invested Personal Pension Scheme (“the Scheme”), dated 22 October 2013, can be accessed by using the first download button below.

Following the introduction of the ‘Pension Freedoms’ and changes to the taxation of death benefits with effect from 6 April 2015, a Deed of Amendment for the Scheme was produced in 2016, which amended some of the Rules that first took effect from 2013.
