Barnett Waddingham undertakes photography, filming and audio recordings at a number of its events for use on our website, for promotional publicity and for other purposes in printed and digital media including blogs, newsletters, social media and email publications, which may be seen throughout the world.
Whilst attendees and audiences at events are not normally the primary focus of this footage or recordings, we reserve the right to capture both photographs and audio visual from all of our events.
If you attend our events after a booking has been made or you accept an invitation from us, you will be regarded as having accepted this and having agreed that we may make use of any rights attaching to any images or recordings for the purposes set out above.
