Associate and Senior Risk and Resilience Consultant

Will supports the development of strategy and delivery of our risk and resilience consulting services, from leading on consulting projects with clients to building new partnerships.

As an expert in the risk and resilience industry, he undertakes resilience exercises and delivers client training with a keen understanding of the need for tailored outcomes. In identifying and implementing solutions that provide a long-lasting commercial impact for organisations, Will conducts Business Impact Analysis interviews and subsequent analyses, and works with client leadership teams on strategy workshops and development.

Prior to joining BW, Will managed a boutique resilience consultancy company for ten years. This included all aspects of management, including finance, operations, HR, business development, strategy, and governance. His main areas of expertise are around business continuity, organisational resilience, crisis management, supply chain resilience, and business strategy.

He works with businesses of all sizes, from fast growing mid-market clients up to large S&P500 and FTSE100 clients. He has been involved in all aspects of delivery, including presentations and exercises to senior executives and boards. He has worked across a range of industries, primarily manufacturing, pharma, telecoms, professional services, and engineering.


Significant experience:

  • Annual renewals with S&P500 client for 10 years, bringing in a total of £4m in revenue.
  • Delivering consultancy projects globally, including India, China, USA, Australia, UAE, Malaysia, Ireland, Germany, and Hungary.
  • Attended a UK Government Trade Mission to India around Resilience and Environmental Sustainability in February 2025.
  • Board member of the River Stour Internal Drainage Board, Society of Risk Management Consultants, and previously Chair of Thanet District Council’s Governance and Audit Committee 2023-2025.
  • Managed a boutique consultancy company operating globally, starting with revenue of £400k and 5 staff up to £1.5m and 15 staff.
