Suzanne leads Barnett Waddingham’s actuarial project team, which specialises in GMP equalisation, GMP rectification and other benefit rectification projects.

Suzanne is also the actuarial lead of our GMP Rectification Working Group, which involves developing and maintaining BW’s approach to GMP rectification projects.

  • Over 14 years of experience in the pensions industry. 
  • Led on a variety of GMP rectification and GMP equalisation projects.

Career

Suzanne graduated from Lancaster University in 2006 with a first-class degree in Management. She spent some time in non-actuarial graduate roles before joining Punter Southall in 2011. She moved to Aon for a short time in 2020 before joining Barnett Waddingham as a technical actuary in 2023.

Interests

Suzanne enjoys spending time with her family and taking as many holidays as possible (with cruising skiing and Disney Parks being the current favourites).
