Significant experience
- Successfully delivered a comprehensive business travel management review project, leading the end-to-end supplier tender process. This included developing the tender methodology, engaging key stakeholders, driving the evaluation and selection process, and negotiating the final appointment. Susie also led the implementation of the new supplier arrangement, ensuring a smooth transition and effective change management across the business.
- Led the implementation of the Core Business Services hub following the restructure of the central operations function. This involved developing and guiding cross-functional teams, establishing effective governance frameworks, and driving process improvements across the hub to ensure alignment with strategic business planning.
