Simon Foster

Partner and Former Head of BW SIPP

Simon recently stepped down as Head of BW SIPP, a role he held for three years, during which he led the business through a major period of operational and technological transformation. Under his leadership, BW SIPP strengthened its service delivery, enhanced its culture around client outcomes, and laid the foundations for future growth with the launch of the SIPP360® platform.

Simon will retire later this year, following a planned leadership transition. He remains with the business for a short period to ensure a smooth handover and provide continuity during this next phase of BW SIPP’s growth journey.

Before leading BW SIPP, Simon was Head of Proposition and Implementation at Barnett Waddingham, where he worked with the senior leadership team to shape market strategies, improve project implementation disciplines, and strengthen internal governance frameworks.
