Rebecca is the finance business partner for our SIPP business area, bringing financial acumen to key business decisions, whilst working closely with the wider finance team.

As a member of the SIPP Management Committee, Rebecca proactively supports the Business Area Leader with their accountability for profit and loss delivery and commercial management, including leading the negotiation of contracts with key suppliers and institutional partners.

  • Financial and strategic leadership at company, board and investor level to drive profitable growth.
  • Finance business partner across commercial, marketing, people and operational teams to bring strong commercial acumen to key business decisions.
  • Strategic planning and forecasting, identifying opportunities for value growth.
  • Management of day-to-day financial operations, focussing on efficient processes and a high internal control environment.

Career

Rebecca has spent 20 years working in finance across a number of companies and industries within Telco, Pharma, FMCG and tech startups. Most recently, she spent three years as Head of Finance for Newsflare, a video marketplace tech startup in London, supporting throughout their growth journey.

Interests

Rebecca enjoys spending time in the fresh air with her two young children, walking, cycling, swimming and general outdoor adventures – climbing volcanoes, trekking through the jungle and white water rafting in Costa Rica have been particular highlights.
