Rebecca supports the whole of our Pension Administration practice area with complaint management, focusing on improving the member experience and promoting Barnett Waddingham’s philosophy of ‘doing the right thing'.

Rebecca works closely with our Compliance team.

• Over 20 years’ experience working on occupational DB pension schemes. 
• Rebecca is part of the firm’s Pension Administration Planning Group, which is responsible for planning and developing strategy within Pension Administration. 
• Developing staff through training and coaching.
