Nina Stanfield

Principal and Head of Business Insights

As the Head of Business Insights, Nina works closely with the business to ensure that the voice of our clients is considered in planning our marketing activities and across the wider business.

Nina leads a broad range of client feedback activities, working with the client-facing teams to ensure that relevant feedback mechanisms are in place across our client base. She draws out broader insights from a number of different internal and external sources to provide market and competitor intelligence.   

Nina and her team work closely with colleagues to collaborate on tailoring  marketing campaigns towards key audiences. They also work across the wider team on performance metrics and analytics.

As the chair of Barnett Waddingham’s Client Experience Group, Nina is well placed to ensure that client feedback informs our thinking on constantly improving the experience of our pension scheme clients working with Barnett Waddingham.    

Nina plays an active part in Barnett Waddingham’s Gender Equality Network and the Sustainability Services Working Group.
