Malina has specialist knowledge and experience across a number of technical DC pension projects, including supporting employers to review, consolidate and modernise their pension arrangements whilst ensuring on-going value for all stakeholders, and winding-up own-trust DC pension schemes.

- Advising and supporting Trustees with their on-going scheme governance, risk management and member engagement duties.
- Advising on the design and implementation new DC pension arrangements (Master Trust and group pension arrangements) including project management oversight.
- Advising and supporting both trustees and employers with scheme wind-ups.
- Malina advises independent schools in relation to their options and duties relating to membership of the Teacher’s Pension Scheme and Scottish Teacher’s Pension Scheme.
