Associate and Workplace Services Manager

As Workplace Services Manager, Lisa leads the strategic planning and delivery of workplace and facilities services across our UK offices, ensuring high standards of operational excellence, compliance, and sustainability.  

She oversees a broad portfolio including property and asset management, building maintenance, environmental initiatives, front-of-house services, and corporate social investment. Lisa’s role involves managing key supplier relationships, driving value and service performance, and leading a team dedicated to creating optimal, well-managed workspaces that promote wellbeing and productivity.

Lisa works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to shape long-term strategies, support business continuity planning, and champion environmental and social responsibility initiatives that align with our corporate goals and values. 

Lisa is a senior workplace and facilities management professional with expertise in leading strategic and operational service delivery across multi-site corporate environments.

Her core focus is on creating safe, sustainable, and high-performing workplaces that align with organisational goals and enhance employee experience. Lisa provides leadership across property, environmental, and front-of-house functions, ensuring full compliance with regulatory standards while driving continuous improvement and value through effective contract management, stakeholder engagement, and long-term planning.


Significant experience

  • Over 20 years of progressive experience in facilities management, including senior roles at Barnett Waddingham. 
  • Delivered firmwide Facilites Management contracts and budget oversight exceeding £2 million, with measurable savings and performance improvements. 
  • Led the development and implementation of an ISO 14001 aligned Environmental Management System, as well as H&S, Fire Safety, and FM strategies across multiple UK locations. 
  • Directed high-impact sustainability projects, including a 7% energy reduction initiative across multiple sites  
  • Speaker at the Facilities Show 2023, recognised for making a compelling business case for sustainability. 

Other experience

  • Strong capability in training and development, having created and delivered internal training in Facilities, H&S, Fire Safety, Security, and Environmental Awareness. 
  • Successfully led a project to internalise customer complaint management, streamlining operations and significantly improving KPIs and customer satisfaction. 
  • Advocated for and implemented biophilic design enhancements across multiple offices  
  • Designed standardised risk management templates for both internal and client-facing use.
