Her main responsibilities are our external communications with the PPF, for example PPF brochures, newsletters and performance reports, and the design of new standards and procedures for all our PPF administration teams.
Kerry’s varied experience means that she can offer technical support to the administration teams dealing with the largest and high profile PPF cases.
Kerry has wide experience of dealing with both ongoing and PPF administration clients, including managing the implementation process, reviewing the quality of the membership data, establishing procedures and training and developing administration staff.
Kerry graduated from Birmingham University with a degree in Money, Banking and Finance. She worked for a number of pension administration companies before joining Barnett Waddingham in 2008. Kerry became a Principal at Barnett Waddingham in 2022 and was made a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute in 2011.
Kerry was a keen badminton player, captaining the ladies team at her local club, until the arrival of her daughter.
