Jonathan Worthington FIA

Jon advises trustees of a wide range of defined benefit (DB) pension schemes including ongoing schemes, wind ups, schemes in the PPF assessment period.  He has also worked in trusteeship and funeral prepayment schemes.

Jon has developed particular expertise in advising trustees on scheme funding matters.  He has also built up expertise regarding schemes transferring to the Financial Assistance Scheme, and has been involved in the transfer of a considerable number of schemes to the FAS.

Jon has provided clear advice on a wide range of schemes on funding matters, including schemes with struggling employers and schemes involved in detailed negotiations regarding a company sale.
