Helen is a Principal of the firm and has responsibility for managing operational matters for our team of over 80 administrators in our Cheltenham office.

Helen works alongside the Operations Managers in our other offices and specialist areas to ensure our clients experience smooth, co-ordinated service delivery and innovative best practice. The Cheltenham administration team look after a portfolio of over 100 occupational schemes of various sizes.

Helen’s experience includes managing teams and providing all aspects of administration to portfolios of complex defined benefit, defined contribution, hybrid and earmarked occupational pension schemes.

Significant experience

  • managing large teams providing full administration services to schemes with complex benefit structures
  • developing and implementing best practice and process efficiencies
  • coaching staff to build their skills and knowledge in all aspects of pension administration
  • delivering complex scheme project work including data cleansing and de-risking exercises
