She works closely with senior leaders to shape and cascade key messages across the business, ensuring our people feel informed, connected, and engaged.
Fidelma supports major change programmes, manages crisis communications, and oversees our core internal channels. She also line-manages a team member and plays an active role in supporting our DEI initiatives, ensuring our communications celebrate inclusivity and represent all voices across the business.

She has extensive experience in supporting leadership communications, managing change communications for complex programmes, and developing multi-channel strategies that deliver measurable impact.
Significant experience
- Led the internal communication strategy for Barnett Waddingham’s Culture Project, partnering with People & Culture to drive employee engagement and organisational alignment.
- Delivered crisis communication plans and messaging throughout COVID-19 and during periods of significant business disruption, ensuring calm, clear, and reassuring communication.
- Designed and managed the communication strategy for major IT change programmes at British Airways, including the roll-out of their core operational system and Office 365.
- Developed and executed the firmwide leadership face-to-face programmes at British Airways, including content creation for the airline and International Airline Group (IAG) CEOs.
- Played a key role in internal communications at Jaguar Land Rover, supporting the National UK Sales team.
