Dave Watts

Dave is a Senior Business Analyst who is recognised across BW for his keen eye for detail and understanding of the business wants and needs. 

His primary focus is to assist on projects across all areas of BW ensuring that any change delivers the best outcomes for BW and our clients. He is currently a lead and support analyst on multiple projects at BW. 

Keen on creating a Business Analysis community within BW, he is the current chair of the BW Business Analysis Governance group, which aims to champion Business Analysis across BW and ensure that common standards are utilised across the entire organisation. 

With over 15 years analysis experience, Dave deals with all aspects of Business Analysis. He has extensive knowledge of all stages of the project lifecycle and analysis, particularly with: 

• situation investigation; 
• business case development; 
• business & process modelling; 
• requirements definition; and 
• supporting implementation.

• Working with all levels of BW to help ensure that change projects deliver positive outcomes.  
• Continuously driving forward Business Analysis best practices to create a consistent approach across BW.
• Skilled in working with Agile, LEAN and Waterfall methodologies and can adapt to fit what is required at the time.
