Career

Dave has a degree in Communication and Media from Bournemouth University. 

He joined Barnett Waddingham in 2013, so it has formed a large part of his career. Dave became an Associate of the firm in June 2025. Before that, he worked for various other pensions-related firms in Marketing roles.
