- Thursday 5 June, from 5.30pm, welcome barbecue at The Relais Henley.
- Friday 6 June, walk begins at 7.30am from The Relais Henley.

What to expect
- A relaxed barbecue on Thursday evening at The Relais Henley, setting the stage for open and engaging conversations.
- An inspiring 17 km walk through the breathtaking South Oxfordshire countryside on Friday morning, starting at 7.30am — the perfect environment for fresh ideas and uninterrupted dialogue.
- A mid-walk coffee stop to recharge and reflect.
- Informal lunch and wine tasting at Oaken Grove Vineyard. If the weather allows, we’ll enjoy lunch on the lawn.
- Coach transport after lunch to Henley-on-Thames and railway stations, with luggage transfers arranged for all attendees.
- A chance to connect with industry peers in a setting that fosters openness, creativity, and big-picture thinking.
Please note: the nature of this event requires participants to walk up to 17 km at a casual pace. While this is not a rigorous trek, we would ask you to advise us in advance if you have any needs that may affect your ability to safely join the walk.
We recommend you wear sturdy walking boots and dress in layers suitable for varying weather conditions, including waterproof clothing. Bring essentials like water, snacks, medication and any personal items you may need for the day.
A limited number of hotel rooms for the event are available at preferential rates. These must be booked and paid for by attendees, and details will be shared upon confirmation of your place.
