Barnett Waddingham strengthens pensions litigation service with appointment of experienced actuary
We are delighted to appoint experienced actuary Mark Stocker to the growing Corporate Consulting team. Mark joins us as a Senior Consultant specialising in advice on pension scheme disputes, contentious matters and acting in an expert witness capacity.
Mark’s recent experience in contentious work includes appearing as an expert before the Ontario Superior Court in relation to the insolvency of Nortel Networks.
He has over 30 years of experience as an actuary providing advice to pension plan trustees and employers on the management of occupational pension plans. In previous roles, Mark was Board Director and Chief Actuary at Conduent HR Services. He has also worked in senior roles at Mercer UK and Lane Clark & Peacock.
