Rosie Marsh has been appointed to our Actuarial Consulting team to advise trustees on their Defined Benefits and Defined Contributions arrangements.

Rosie Marsh, Associate and Scheme Actuary, was previously at JLT, where she had been a Scheme Actuary and Client Relationship Manager for 13 years. She has over 17 years’ experience in advising trustees and sponsoring employers on all aspects of their pension scheme arrangements, including scheme funding negotiations and assisting relevant schemes in the journey towards buy-out.

A Scheme Actuary for a decade, Rosie has worked for two of the largest actuarial firms in the UK before joining us, the UK’s largest independent provider of consultancy services. Starting as a graduate at Mercer, she has overseen schemes ranging in size from less than £1m to over £100m.

Rosie also has a history of advising companies on de-risking projects and benefit design, guiding them through the consultation process of making changes to their pension schemes.

"“It continues to be a challenging time for pension schemes and being a trustee or a scheme sponsor can be difficult and at times daunting. I have joined a team that is putting the needs of clients first, relieving that burden and providing tailored advice for each.”"
