Our pension administration specialists form the largest part of our dynamic and growing business. To continue our growth, we need bright and enthusiastic people to join our newly developed graduate programme.
Our graduates begin their journey within our administration teams to build their knowledge and gain a practical understanding of the services we provide to trustees of defined benefit and defined contribution pension schemes and their members.
Following this initial placement, graduates have the opportunity to develop their skills further by exploring more specialist areas such as systems development, client management or projects.
During the two-year programme, our graduates will be supported to study towards professional qualifications from the Pensions Management Institute. During the first few months of the programme, graduates study towards The Award in Pension Essentials, which provides the foundation and building blocks for their new career in pensions.
The Retirement Provision Certificate will complement the hands-on training and development gained as the programme progresses. We have an established and structured study programme to ensure students have the best chance of success and are supported throughout.
