Our apprenticeship scheme has been a fantastic success since launching in our Pension Administration team back in 2018. We initially took on apprentices in our Amersham, Bromsgrove, Cheltenham and Liverpool offices, but have since extended our schemes to now include our Bristol and Leeds offices.

Due to continued success, we now have the following 18-month apprenticeships available from September 2020:

  • Pension Administration - studying towards Workplace Pensions Administration/Consultant Level 3 with the Growth Company Through the Pension Management Institute 
  • IT Support Technician Apprenticeship - studying towards infrustructure Technician Level 3 with Baltic apprenticeship 

If university isn’t the path for you or if you have recently returned from a gap year and are looking to start a new career, then we want to hear from you. You'd be joining a diverse, growing and award winning firm that supports young talent, innovation and employee development. There will be permanent opportunities available to those who are successful within the programme.

In order to be eligible, you will need five or more GCSE’s at level C/4 or above, including Mathematics and English.
