Our apprenticeship scheme has been a fantastic success since launching in our Pension Administration team back in 2018. We initially took on apprentices in our Amersham, Birmingham, Cheltenham and Liverpool offices, but have since extended our schemes to now include our Bristol and Leeds offices.

Due to continued success, we now have the following 18-month apprenticeships available from September 2022:

Pension Administration - studying towards Workplace Pensions Administration/Consultant Level 3 with the Growth Company Through the Pension Management Institute. To apply please click here .

In order to be eligible, you will need five or more GCSE’s at level C/4 or above, including Mathematics and English.
