He manages the SIPP administration teams, ensuring efficient, accurate and consistent procedures are followed. Our systems and controls are also kept under Tim’s review to meet the service requirements of our customers, financial advisers and regulatory bodies.
On a day-to-day basis, Tim maintains close contact with all the administration teams and their respective team leaders who report in to him. These teams span back-office processes (such as reconciliations and reporting) as well as all front-of-house administration (such as transfers, contributions, investments, property and drawdown).
Maintaining contact with financial advisers and direct clients also enables him to ensure that our administration service maintains the supportive relationship they want.
