Tim Saxton

Tim manages the development of Barnett Waddingham’s SIPP proposition. 

He leads our SIPP Change Team through an ambitious development program to keep our SIPP proposition fresh and competitive.  As a certified Scrum Product Owner, Tim is responsible for maximising the value created by the team, and representing the customer in everything they deliver. 

With a passion for innovation and problem solving, Tim works closely with our internal teams and also manages external relationships while onboarding large corporate clients where we provide third party administration or white-labelled SIPP solutions. 

With over a decade of experience on the front line of client management, Tim has first-hand experience and knowledge of the standards customers expect from us.  He ensures our client managers can concentrate on providing you with top quality customer service, supported by efficient and reliable technology.

Significant experience:

• Efficient delivery to customers of product and proposition changes
• Solution design for back office processing and for pension business partners 
• Implementation of systems and controls to ensure our proposition adheres to regulatory standards
• Managing relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction, from individual SIPP customers to third party organisations, investment managers and financial advisers
• The product life-cycle for SIPP investors, from establishing new plans, setting up and managing investments including commercial property, right through to benefit crystallisation
