Steph has worked in pension and employee benefits for over 25 years, nearly 18 years at Barnett Waddingham, and was previously at Aon.
Interests
Renovating her ‘project’ house, walking and travelling.
Steph leads our creative communications consultancy team, DrumRoll, and provides strategic communication advice with a focus on ‘people’ engagement programmes, to a range of clients covering DB, DC, employee benefits and wellbeing.
She has developed an in-depth knowledge and expertise over many years of working in communications. This experience enables her to help clients communicate engaging content, through numerous channels.
