Simon Pennels

Simon looks after the acquisition of new and replacement offices.

He deals with all landlord and tenant issues concerning our offices, the design and procurement of new office fit outs and existing office re-fits. He settles property related disputes, settles dilapidations obligations, oversees business rates and the strategic planning of the firm’s future office accommodation requirements.

Significant experience:

• the development of a major supermarket for private investment clients
• obtaining planning consent for 450 houses in South wales, and subsequent sale of the land
• obtaining planning consent for 290 houses in Herefordshire, and subsequent sale of the land
• the acquisition of numerous investment properties for private clients, companies and individual SIPP and SSAS clients
• the development and funding of numerous office buildings in North Bristol and Aztec West
• the acquisition, construction monitoring and fitting out of Decimal Place, Amersham.
• the acquisition and fitting out of 2 London Wall Place
• the acquisition, construction monitoring and fit out of the new Birmingham Office at Longbridge
• the phased re-fit of Cheltenham Office
