Rob has over 30 years’ experience in Financial Services primarily focused on defined contribution (DC) schemes and group risk arrangements.  He is regulated and authorised by the FCA and is responsible for advising clients on the running of their DC pension schemes and employee benefit arrangements.

Rob manages the Streamlined Services team who provide pensions, auto-enrolment and healthcare solutions for employers seeking a light-touch packaged service.

His previous experience of working at insurance company providers means he is able to cut through the complexity of insurers’ propositions ensuring clients are able to focus on key decisions with minimum fuss.

Rob has considerable experience of working with clients off all sizes which means he can appreciate the challenges faced by employers and trustees and this empathetic approach helps to deliver a positive outcome for clients.

Significant experience:

  • established a specialist team to support SMEs with a streamlined solution to meet auto-enrolment needs and provide pension and healthcare services
  • built a successful pensions and employee benefit solution for employers seeking streamlined services to meet a wide range of requirements 
  • managed over 50 DC discharge projects primarily involving sub projects of PPF/FAS pre-assessment cases
  • built a pragmatic solution for Trustees seeking a light review of their AVC arrangements
