As a partner and client relationship manager, Nick guides a range of UK businesses on all aspects of workplace wellbeing including health and financial wellbeing strategies, employee engagement and workplace savings.

Nick has developed particular expertise in working with clients to deliver effective employee benefit structures that deliver the client’s agreed objectives. Nick’s extensive experience, clear advice and proactive approach helps to deliver effective client centric workplace health and wellbeing solutions.

Significant experience:

  • guidance to numerous FTSE350 clients relating to the harmonisation of  group pension and benefit arrangements, including the closure of defined benefit pension schemes  
  • restructuring of employee benefits propositions to deliver a more relevant, cost effective and valued range of benefits to the workforce via a benefit platform – delivering significant cost savings to the employer
  • implementation and delivery of defined contribution scheme governance structures which build member confidence, promote better outcomes for members and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
  • design of communication strategies to drive engagement within the workforce via improved education and awareness campaigns
