Matt is focused on supporting our business to meet its growth objectives. His team work to win new business via competitive tendering, proposals and pitching activities which Matt oversees.
Working across the whole business, Matt is responsible for ensuring engagement with robust bid processes and maintaining a client focused approach at all times.
He utilises APMP accredited best practice techniques and has extensive business development experience. This leverages our ability to win competitive business, more effectively, efficiently, and consistently. His team ensures that our proposals are bespoke and aligned with client’s requirements.
Matt is an active member of our Business Development Committee, providing reporting and insight into our new business activities. He has expertise in developing and building data analysis tools to enable him to track trends and implement targeted improvement initiatives.
- Structuring and developing highly effective and efficient bid teams
- Creating and implementing robust bid processes in line with best practice and methodology
- Developing new business reporting tools utilising expertise with SharePoint, Excel and Tableau
- Championing and overseeing the implementation of specialist bid management software
- Speaking at the APMP national conference
