Mark is Scheme Actuary to a range of UK defined benefit (DB) (including hybrid) pension schemes. 

His experience includes advising on all aspects of pension scheme funding including: pension scheme mergers and wind-ups; buy-out/buy-in work; de-risking strategies; PPF levy mitigation; special purpose vehicles; pension increase exchange and other liability management projects.

Over the last 25 years, throughout a constantly shifting pension landscape and challenging economic/demographic conditions, Mark has focused on providing clients with first-class and timely advice, tailored to each client’s particular needs and circumstances. 

Mark’s extensive experience, clear advice and proactive approach have helped him to become a trusted consultant to a wide range of UK and multi-national businesses, including many household names across a range of sectors, covering clients with pension scheme assets of up to £500 million.
