Lisa started her actuarial career in 2011 at Barnett Waddingham as a graduate on the traditional Scheme Actuary route, focusing on developing as a pension trustee consultant. She gained exposure to a variety of defined benefit pension scheme matters. However, she maintained a strong interest in technical subjects such as GMP equalisation.
In 2018, Lisa qualified as a Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries after which she opted to pursue a technical role and joined Barnett Waddingham’s Actuarial Calculations Team. She is now a senior technical actuary and is involved in various aspects of GMP and benefit rectification work within Barnett Waddingham.
