Kathryn has been the Business Support Manager for our Small Self-Administered Pension Scheme (SSAS) business area since 2015.

This unique role gives her oversight of the SSAS Projects Team which carries out many of the core administration functions for our portfolio of over 1,600 SSASs, directing which new projects they take on. Kathryn also leads on the critical relationship with our banking partners including working with them to launch and continually enhance their online process offering to SSAS clients.  

As a SSAS partner she sits on the SSAS Senior Leadership Group which sets the strategy for that business. 

Prior to 2015 she spent over 10 years advising directors of UK private limited companies on their Small Self-Administered Pension Schemes.  

Her years of experience as a SSAS administrator and then client manager, combined with her problem solving and project management skills, make Kathryn a valued adviser to both her internal and external clients. 


Significant experience:

  • Administration and consultancy services to a portfolio of SSASs covering from establishment or transfer over from an existing provider to the day-to-day operation of SSASs for owner/managers. 

  • Kathryn has “Lean” training and has led the implementation of a number of Lean initiatives to streamline our work processes to make us more efficient and provide a better service to our SSAS clients. 

  • Project management of portfolio-wide work and data cleanse projects.
