Heather has significant experience in Pension Administration, and since 2010, has focused on our internal systems that support the administration teams.

Her experience and understanding of our systems has enabled her to guide development to gain the most beneficial outcomes for the users and she continually seeks further improvements / development opportunities in this area.

Heather is actively involved in delivering training on developments to processes and systems.

She is the chair of the firm’s Project Governance team who develop and maintain a bank of standard project documentation for both internal and external projects, provide support for internal project managers and engage across the practice areas to identify new opportunities to apply project management across the various teams.

Significant experience:

  • qualified at Practitioner level for PRINCE2
  • chair of the firm’s Project Governance team
  • member of the firm’s Pension Administration Planning Group, which is responsible for planning and developing strategy within the pension administration business
