Heather has significant experience in Pension Administration, and since 2010, has focused on our internal systems that support the administration teams.

Her experience and understanding of our systems has enabled her to guide development to gain the most beneficial outcomes for the users and she continually seeks further improvements / development opportunities in this area.

Heather leads the pension administration Projects and Analysis Specialist Team. The team provide project management and business analysis expertise to internal and external projects as well as supporting the development and maintenance of standard project and business analysis tools and documentation for use across the business areas.

The team investigate and deliver innovative improvements to our processes as well as providing resources and tools helping us to make the most of our people and systems.


Significant experience:

  • qualified at Practitioner level for PRINCE2 and PRINCE2 Agile
  • qualified at Business Analyst foundation level (AMBCS)
  • lead of the Projects and Analysis Specialist team
  • member of the firm’s Pension Administration Planning Group, which is responsible for planning and developing strategy within the pension administration business
