Heather has significant experience in Pension Administration, and since 2010, has focused on our internal systems that support the administration teams.

Her experience and understanding of our systems has enabled her to guide development to gain the most beneficial outcomes for the users and she continually seeks further improvements / development opportunities in this area.

She is lead of the pension administration Projects and Analysis Specialist team who develop and maintain a bank of standard project documentation for both internal and external projects, provide support for internal project managers and engage across the service areas to identify new opportunities to apply project management across the various teams.

The team also investigate and deliver innovative improvements to our processes as well as providing business analyst resources and tools helping us to make the most of our people and systems. 

Significant experience:

  • qualified at Practitioner level for PRINCE2
  • qualified at Business Analyst foundation level (AMBCS)
  • lead of the Projects and Analysis Specialist team
  • member of the firm’s Pension Administration Planning Group, which is responsible for planning and developing strategy within the pension administration business
