Caroline oversees Barnett Waddingham's remuneration strategy for our employees.

Caroline's job includes reward practices for salary, bonus and promotions, gender pay reporting, flexible benefits and pensions. She also manages the payroll function. Caroline has recently taken on the lead role for the Gender Equality Network.
