Caroline Irving Chartered MCIPD

Caroline leads Barnett Waddingham's Total Reward and People Solutions function within HR. She is part of the HR Senior Leadership team.

Caroline's job oversees the area of Total Reward which encompasses remuneration, flexible benefits, pensions and wellbeing. She also leads the People Solutions function which is responsible for developing and supporting our HR system and our people data and analytics. She is also accountable for the payroll for our employees and sits on our Pensions Governance Committee.

• Managed introduction of new flexible benefits platforms and new benefits
• Remuneration strategy changes
• Overseen employee and partner’s pension scheme change
• Implemented HR systems
