Caroline is a Senior Pensions Management Consultant and one of the dedicated governance and secretarial specialists within the Pensions Management team. She focusses on secretarial and governance services, supporting special projects and management support for in house teams.

Caroline started her career in consultancy and has significant experience in a trustee company environment and in house for a global food manufacturer with a £3bn+ scheme and a structure of main trustee board and committee meetings. She has nearly 30 years’ experience in the pensions industry with large and small pension schemes including defined benefit and defined contribution benefits. 

Caroline has a natural eye for detail and has built a strong reputation for quality and delivery to timeframes. Trustees have appreciated her thorough and open approach and the resulting improvements in the efficiency of trustee business.   

Significant experience:

  • expertise in trustee governance
  • supporting bespoke change projects such as scheme mergers, de-mergers, liability management exercises
  • secretary to the trustees for schemes with both DB and DC sections
