Amardeep is a keen swimmer and enjoys keeping fit by attending the gym.
Amardeep is in charge of growing the network infrastructure to accommodate up and coming technologies, alongside implementing IT processes to support the business.
He is a member of the firm's IT Committee who take all firmwide IT issues into account when deploying, developing and delivering new systems.
Amardeep started his IT career in 1998 and joined Barnett Waddingham’s London office in 2000 as a junior systems engineer. He has passed numerous Microsoft and Cisco examinations making him a certified engineer in both technologies. More recently, Amardeep passed the IT Service Management examination (ITIL).
In 2006 Amardeep moved to Leeds and successfully created the Leeds IT Department, which he was responsible for over five years before returning to the London office in September 2011.
He became a Partner at Barnett Waddingham in June 2020.
