Alex is a principal and and senior client relationship manager. He is an experienced DC consultant helping a number of clients govern and improve their DC arrangements. He works on both contract-based and trust-based defined contribution pension schemes across a wide range of clients, both UK and multi-national, with employee numbers in excess of 100,000.
Alex has developed particular expertise in helping employers and Trustees adapt their DC investment strategies to cope with the changing pensions landscape.
Significant experience:
- advised on the design and implementation of a range of group personal pension arrangements (including provider, benefit structure, salary sacrifice etc.) as well as the implementation of wider workplace savings arrangements.
- provides ongoing governance support to a number of schemes with membership upwards of 3,000
- advised on the wind up of a variety of DC pension arrangements
- supported the provision of investment advice to a number of clients, including a scheme with assets in excess of £250m
