Governance and Secretariat team strengthened by key appointment

Our Governance and Secretariat team have welcomed Inderpreet Kaur Bedi as new team lead and Principal.

Inderpreet has an impressive eleven-year track record in global governance, including being the first Chairperson of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India-overseas chapter (ICSI) and brings a wealth of experience gained from working with both listed and unlisted corporations and funds across the renewable energy, infrastructure and financial services sectors in the European and Asian market. 

The appointment highlights the business’s commitment to strengthening its consulting team, which serves a diverse client base, including corporates, funds, pension schemes, charities and legal entities. It provides offerings in governance, stakeholder engagement, sustainability and DE&I (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion). 

The addition of Inderpreet is a pivotal appointment as the business continues to grow, and highlights BW’s ambitious growth plans following a record-breaking year. Her appointment underscores the company’s dedication to its growing base of clients, enabling them to make better decisions by developing governance frameworks and providing the necessary board and management support through innovative and AI-enabled solutions.
