Me2 is our employer sponsored digital member engagement portal promoting education and key messages to employees as well as facilitating choice across our six pillars of employee wellbeing: job security, financial security, health, support, protection and lifestyle encapsulating work/life balance.

Recognising the biggest benefit spend is on pension, Me2 is tailored specifically to your employer sponsored pension plan and can take account of existing funds, rules and any documentation. Displaying short informative videos and interactive tools, all designed to guide members through the decisions they face at any stage in their ‘pension’ life cycle, particular attention is given to the access quandary members now face in light of the new pension freedoms.

Our 'Why BWell?' research, conducted in 2015, identified that employees have diverse needs in relation to their physical, mental and financial wellbeing.

We believe that empowering employees through a successful engagement strategy is key to improving an individual’s wellbeing outcomes and enabling them to shape their own choices from the benefits you as an employer provide to meet individual needs. A directed survey at the beginning of their journey focussing on the six pillars enables Me2 to identify what areas are of most concern to the individual and highlights those particular pillars for special attention and the benefits provided by the employer within each pillar.
