Mark is responsible for the implementation of all system, process and procedural change in the SIPP business.

Mark manages the relationships with our external partners for our core operating systems and provides the link from the business to our internal IT function. This covers our investment data feeds and links to our banking partners.

Mark is also responsible for ensuring that all of our regulatory and legislative reporting is produced in a timely manner and acts as the first point of contact for any queries relating to the returns we make.

Mark has many years’ experience in a variety of roles for a range of life, pensions and investment companies including operations, sales and marketing, project and programme management.

Significant experience:

  • operational strategy and design
  • project and programme management including both waterfall and agile methodologies
  • change management
  • people management
