Senior Employee Engagement Consultant
Andrew is responsible for leading the development of Barnett Waddingham’s creative agency, DrumRoll. Highly experienced in consumer marketing communications and employee engagement, he works with partners and customer relationship managers to design and deliver engagement strategies across Barnett Waddingham's clients.
Andrew is passionate about understanding how to involve and engage with employees in an authentic and creative way by treating them as ‘internal consumers’.
DrumRoll supports the firm’s clients in communicating pensions, employee benefits and wider employee engagement themes. The agency applies techniques more familiar in the consumer retail world, to help tell, teach and involve employees about financial options regarding pensions and wider financial and workplace wellbeing issues.
