Our London office is right in the heart of the City and is the simply a great place to be. With the office being only a short walk from Moorgate station, it is easily accessible from all parts of outer London. It goes without saying that London is more than able to meet any of your needs, whether you’re into history, culture, art, food or sport, you will never be short of something to do!

London is arguably the world’s best city, renowned for its landmarks and theatre and restaurants. With Big Ben, the Tower of London and Buckingham Palace on your doorstep, you feel at the centre of British culture. If theatre is your thing, then the West End is home to the world’s best performers in the world’s best shows. You could even book your tickets from a red telephone box and hop into a black cab to get the true London experience! If you are more interested in the nightlife, then the city has iconic venues, such as the Ministry of Sound, the Electronic Brixton and Heaven. If food is your thing then why not visit historic borough market or try one of London’s many restaurants which feature cuisine from all around the globe.

The London office boasts of an impressive social scene, with the weekly Friday night pub trip. With partners, associates and juniors all mixing at social events, this helps everyone to get to know each other and creates a friendly and welcoming atmosphere in the office. We have an office book club, a lunchtime running club and even a gin club. We also have a half-yearly games night, go away on weekend trips abroad and along with the other offices, attend the Barnett Waddingham walking weekend.

Sporting wise, the London office has a six-a-side football team that play on an ad-hoc basis. In the summer, there is a cricket team that compete in a league and although we may not be the best, we give it a good go and fun is had by all! There is even a weekly yoga class in the office for those that like a good stretch! If watching sport is more your thing, then you can watch England take on other nations at Twickenham or Wembley stadium.

The London office takes their commitment to corporate social investment seriously. We have a monthly dress-down day and host social events to raise money for charity, recent examples being “Quizaoke”, a poker night and a movie night. Colleagues also sponsor each other when they run the London marathon and you can even nominate a charity of your choice to be the charity of the month, so funds can be raised for causes close to your heart.
