We are proud to announce that for the second consecutive year we have been recognised for ‘outstanding’ customer service levels for the SIPP and SSAS areas of the business, under the independent Investor in Customers (IIC) assessment.
The prestigious two star 'outstanding' rating sees the firm maintaining the high standards achieved in last years appraisal - a significant accomplishment against the backdrop of tumultuous change the pensions industry underwent in 2015.
Andrew Roberts, Partner & Head of Small Self-Administered Schemes explains further, “We are delighted that advisers and scheme members have again rated our service as ‘outstanding’ on Investor in Customers’ tried-and-tested system. We not only maintained our rating, but also improved our total score in the context of the 18 months since our last assessment. Arguably, this period has seen the greatest amount of regulatory upheaval in pensions in living memory, so achieving two stars once again reflects our continued commitment to providing the very best service to our customers.”
Managing Director at IiC, Tony Barritt highlighted the valuable feedback from our customers and staff, adding that we have a 'sound understanding of the importance and value of customer experience.'
A broad range of positive comments from our customers emphasized an ‘excellent professional service’ which is ‘truly personal’ and delivered by ‘friendly, helpful staff’, demonstrating the value that Barnett Waddingham places on delivering exemplary customer service.
